How to install an IPTV app on Fire Stick with Downloader

Install Downloader from the Amazon Appstore, allow installs only for that app, and open an official provider package for 7 MOTION TV or the player they named.

    Update Fire OS

    Settings → My Fire TV → About → Check for Updates. Install the update and reconnect to Wi-Fi before you add apps.

    Show Developer Options if they are hidden

    Settings → My Fire TV → About. Highlight the Fire TV Stick name and press the select button seven times until Developer Options unlocks.

    Install Downloader from the Amazon Appstore

    Open Find or Search and install Downloader by AFTVnews from the store. Do not sideload Downloader itself from a website.

    Allow unknown apps for Downloader only

    When Fire OS asks, enable Apps from Unknown Sources (or Install unknown apps) for Downloader. Leave it off for apps you do not trust.

    Enter the official provider URL or code

    Open Downloader and type only the URL or short code your provider gave you for 7 MOTION TV or their supported player. If you do not have that code, stop. Skip random download sites.

    Install, open, and sign in

    Download, then Install, then Open. Delete the downloaded file in Downloader if it offers to. Sign in with the username, password, or activation method your provider documents. The app is the player — channels come from your subscription.

    Play one live channel and one on-demand title. Pin the app to the home row and reboot the stick once. If the picture freezes, use the buffering guide before you install anything else.

How to remove an unofficial package

Use this if a random file was already installed. Then repeat the official path only.

    Uninstall the unknown app

    Settings → Applications → Manage Installed Applications. Open the unknown player and uninstall it.

    Open Downloader, review its files or downloads, and delete the package you do not recognise.

    Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options. Disable Apps from Unknown Sources for any installer you do not trust. Keep it only for the Downloader app while you install an official package.

What counts as an official package

An official package is the URL, short code, or file your IPTV provider (or the app publisher) gave you for a named player. For the featured Fire Stick path, that player is 7 MOTION TV.

If you were given activation code 3717996, that belongs in the player sign-in flow after a clean install. It is not a Downloader download link and it is not the Suno AI Music app.

  • Type the code or URL yourself from the provider’s message.
  • Refuse lookalike names, re-uploaded files, and ‘free IPTV’ blogs.
  • If your provider names TiViMate or another shortlist app, use their official package the same way.

Zuno may be mentioned as another Android-family option. It is not the featured Fire Stick player and not a #1 rank.
